Veltro is Web3 payment infrastructure where AI is the interface. That sounds redundant. It's not. Most products are either infrastructure (powerful, expertise-only) or AI agents (accessible, suggestion-only). Veltro is both. The infrastructure is what you buy. The AI is how you use it.
Why we exist
Stripe acquired Bridge for $1.1 billion in February 2025 because they realized stablecoin infrastructure is the next frontier of payments. But Stripe's product is built for Fortune 500 enterprises with finance teams.
Circle launched Kyriba TAI in 2026 to bring AI-native treasury to enterprises. But Kyriba serves 4 000 large companies — none of them under 100 employees.
Web3 SMB teams — agencies, startups, DeFi protocols, marketplaces with 5–30 people — have no infrastructure built for them. They duct-tape Gnosis Safe + Etherscan + QuickBooks plugins + manual OFAC checks + spreadsheets to manage what should be one tool. Veltro is that tool.
How we think about AI
Most AI products use AI as the headline. We use AI as the interface.
The headline of Veltro is the infrastructure: smart contracts that route payments correctly, OFAC compliance that prevents sanctioned transactions, accounting sync that saves your bookkeeper 15 hours per month, treasury yield automation that generates yield on idle USDC.
The AI is what makes operating that infrastructure feel like talking to a competent colleague instead of clicking through 12 dashboards. If our AI breaks (it won't, hypothetically), the infrastructure still works. You can still call our API, sign transactions manually, manage subscriptions through forms. The AI is the upgrade. The infrastructure is the foundation.
